Baker Hipfl grew up in a Bakery, and started helping in the Bakery as a small boy.
His father started a Bakery in Austria before young Johann was born.
The rich culture and tradition, and the original recipes have not changed much.
Baker Hipfl carries the tradition with him to Saint Petersburg.
